Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We proudly ship worldwide! We partner with FedEx Express to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely, no matter where you are.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We process orders quickly! All orders placed before 4:00 PM (16:00) from Monday to Friday are dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day. With FedEx Express, the estimated transit time for all destinations is just 2-4 working days after dispatch.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $60 USD. For orders under $60, we have simple flat-rate shipping:

  • USA & Canada: $9 USD
  • United Kingdom & Europe: $11 USD
  • International (Rest of World): $15 USD

 

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

For our customers in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and all of Europe, we've got you covered! All orders are shipped from our base in France, so there are no unexpected customs or import duties to pay. The price you see is the price you pay. For other international destinations, your order may be subject to local duties and taxes, which we recommend checking with your local customs office.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.

Are your products really handmade?

Yes, 100%. Every single item in our store is handmade by talented artisans in Morocco. This is the heart and soul of our brand. We partner directly with these craftspeople to bring you authentic, traditional pieces.

How should I care for my products?

For our straw baskets, a simple wipe with a damp cloth is usually sufficient. For leather goods like babouches and poufs, we recommend using a quality leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather soft and nourished. Avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.


Returns & Orders

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, you have 28 days from the date your order was delivered to return it for a full refund. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
