Dispatch Time: All orders placed before 4:00 PM (16:00) are dispatched the very same business day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day (Monday - Friday).
Our Courier: We partner with FedEx Express for a premium, door-to-door delivery experience, no matter where you are in the world.
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your FedEx tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Transit Times
For orders under $60, our simple flat-rate shipping applies. The estimated transit time for all destinations is 2-4 working days after your order has been dispatched.

• United Kingdom & Europe: $11 USD
• International (Rest of World): $15 USD
Gift Wrapping & Notes:
All our products are beautifully packaged. If your order is a gift, we will ensure no pricing information is included. We can also add a handwritten gift note with your message on a beautiful A6 card. Simply let us know what you would like to say in the order notes at checkout.
Returns:
We hope you love your handmade item, but if you're not 100% satisfied, our return process is simple. You have 28 days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Care team via the contact page with your order number.
Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes up to 7 working days depending on your payment provider.
